FAQs

  • Each day includes a variety of practices, such as:

    • Warm-ups

    • Meditation

    • Walking Meditation

    • Breathwork (e.g., 3-Part Breathing, 2 to 1 Breathing)

    • Postures (e.g., Half Locust, Cobra, Seated Forward Bend)

    • Mindfulness

  • These practices are designed to be done in a chair or on the floor, with pictures provided. They can also be done while lying in bed. You get to choose which version works for you. When you feel you are unable to do a pose, we also recommend using visual imagery where you imagine yourself doing the pose.

  • While these practices are adapted from yoga, they are stand-alone and you do not need any previous experience to participate.

  • Absolutely not! This program encourages you to meet yourself wherever you are in the moment.
