A Centering Moment

Centering practices are designed to help you return to yourself. Through gentle breathwork, mindful awareness, and slow, systematic attention to the body, this practice guides you from the tips of the toes to the tip of the nose — inviting you to truly embody each moment.

Throughout the day, our energy scatters. We give our attention to everyone and everything around us. These centering practices offer a way to call your energy back home.

Come back to your breath.
Come back to your body.
Come back to yourself.

Warm-up Exercises

This short, under-five-minute audio practice is a soft invitation to come back home to your body.

Designed to release built-up tension and awaken gentle awareness, this warm-up moves slowly through the neck, shoulders, hands and wrists, and feet and ankles — areas where stress, effort, and holding often accumulate without us noticing.

This practice is perfect as a pre-yoga warm-up, a pause between tasks, or a reset during the day when you’re feeling disconnected, stiff, or overstimulated.

It can be done seated or standing, requires no props, and honors a wide range of bodies and energy levels.

Think of it as a small, loving check-in…nothing to fix, nothing to pust.

Just a few minutes to soften, notice, and arrive.
