Warm-Up Exercises

This short, under-five-minute audio practice is a soft invitation to come back home to your body.

Designed to release built-up tension and awaken gentle awareness, this warm-up moves slowly through the neck, shoulders, hands and wrists, and feet and ankles—areas where stress, effort, and holding often accumulate without us noticing.

This practice is perfect as a pre-yoga warm-up, a pause between tasks, or a reset during the day when you’re feeling disconnected, stiff, or overstimulated.

It can be done seated or standing, requires no props, and honors a wide range of bodies and energy levels.

Think of it as a small, loving check-in…nothing to fix, nothing to pust.

Just a few minutes to soften, notice, and arrive.
