Gentle Movements & Relaxation (30 Minutes)
This practice begins with gentle warm-ups for the neck, shoulders, hands, wrists, ankles, and feet to release tension and invite ease.
You’ll then explore a series of supportive postures—Cobra, Half Locust, Seated Forward Bend, Seated Twist, Modified Shoulder Stand, and Modified Fish—to stretch, strengthen, and restore balance. The session closes with a brief relaxation to let the body and mind fully settle.
For this practice, you’ll need two pillows, a blanket, and a folding chair to support comfort and alignment.
