Spinal Twist (Chair)

On a physical level, the spinal twist improves flexibility throughout the spine by encouraging a little movement in many places rather than too much in just a few. This brings balance and awareness to areas that may be under- or overactive. As the body twists, the organs are gently massaged, infused with fresh blood and energy, supporting overall vitality.

On an emotional level, the twist asks us to “look around” and open our awareness to a wider perspective. It invites us to step out of narrow focus and see beyond what’s directly in front of us.
