Join us from 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. for a full day of heart-centered practice, rest, and community. Your day will include:
Morning yoga to begin with presence
Mindful breakfast
Time in nature—hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, hammocking, or simply walking to the river
A nourishing Ayurvedic lunch
Vision boarding to call in what your heart longs for
A yoga-based compassion practice with teachings on compassion in everyday life
Dinner shared in community
A fire ceremony to release and renew
Guided meditation to prepare you for deep rest
Come for the entire day or move in and out as you need.
